This website provides information for ongoing activities, community benefits, and environmental stewardship efforts by Host Hotels & Resorts throughout the Turtle Bay Resort complex.
The Turtle Bay Resort property covers approximately 1,300 acres along Oʻahu’s North Shore, stretching from Kawela Bay to Marconi Road. The future development plans include two hotel operations, resort condominiums, the creation of two new community parks, and public beach access trails.
Turtle Bay Resort is located in the moku (district) of Koʻolauloa on the northern and northeastern-most side of Oʻahu.

In 2024, Host Hotels & Resorts and Areté Collective separately acquired distinct portions of land comprising the Turtle Bay Resort.
Areté Collective is the owner of three development parcels at Turtle Bay Resort (RR-3, H-2 and B-1) totaling 59 acres.

Preserved over 600 acres of coastal land from development since 2015, safeguarding vital ecosystems, cultural sites and public access to beaches and trails.
